1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the pej51 platform, which contains personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity records.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, welcome bonus, or other incentive provided by pej51 to Users, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the User's bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method into the User's pej51 Account balance.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, lottery draw (including togel), or other gambling product available on the pej51 platform.
• "KTP" means Kartu Tanda Penduduk, the Indonesian national identity card, or any other government-issued identification document acceptable to pej51 for verification purposes.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified algorithm used to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes in digital casino games.
• "Services" means all gaming products, customer support, payment processing, and related offerings provided by pej51 through our website and mobile applications.
• "User" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses pej51 Services.
• "Website" means the pej51 online platform accessible at https://pej51.cam and any associated mobile applications or mirror sites operated by pej51.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the User's pej51 Account balance to the User's registered bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pej51 Website and Services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Website. These Terms apply to all Users, including without limitation browsers, registered members, VIP members, and any other persons or entities accessing our Services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use pej51 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and KTP.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition registry.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

3.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) Account with pej51. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pej51 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. Before processing your first Withdrawal, we require you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.
• Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months) showing your name and registered address.
• Bank account verification (screenshot or photo of bank statement or mobile banking app) showing your name, account number, and bank name matching your registered withdrawal method.

Verification is typically completed within 2-4 business hours during regular office hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify pej51 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. pej51 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pej51 accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, BSI, OCBC NISP) and E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum Deposit amount varies by VIP tier and payment method. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Your Account balance will be updated within 1-3 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallet transfers. If your Deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact our customer support immediately with your transaction reference number and proof of payment. All Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines based on your VIP tier: Bronze/Silver members (15-30 minutes), Gold members (10-20 minutes), Platinum members (5-15 minutes), Diamond members (3-10 minutes), and Black Diamond members (under 5 minutes). The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum Withdrawal limits per transaction vary by VIP tier as specified on our Website.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name that matches your verified KYC documents. Before processing any Withdrawal, you must complete a minimum rollover of one (1) time your total Deposit amount to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. If you have an active Bonus, you must complete the Bonus wagering requirements before Withdrawal is permitted.

4.4 Fees and Charges

pej51 does not charge any fees for standard Deposits or Withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pej51 maintains a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international financial regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any User, transaction, or pattern of activity that appears suspicious. This may include requesting additional documentation, conducting source-of-funds verification, or reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Accounts used for money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by pej51 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, validity periods, and other restrictions. These specific terms are clearly stated in the promotional material for each Bonus. By claiming any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the Bonus amount or Bonus plus Deposit amount as specified in the Bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each Bonus, typically 30 days from Bonus credit. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering: Slots 100%, Live Casino 10%, Sports Betting 100%, Table Games 15%. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pej51 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts in cases of Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, exploiting software bugs or errors, and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Our decision on matters of Bonus abuse is final and binding.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on pej51 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by pej51 or any third party. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are conducted by human dealers using physical cards, dice, and wheels, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, void bets, postponed or abandoned events, dead heats, and other circumstances. In the event of any dispute regarding sports betting outcomes, the official result as determined by the relevant governing sports body shall be final. Settlement based on incorrect results will be corrected retroactively.

6.3 Lottery and Togel Rules

Togel (numbers lottery) results are determined by official international lottery draw organizations including Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lottery Corporation, and Macau Lottery Company. pej51 has no control over draw outcomes and simply offers betting markets based on these official results. 6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Arbitrage betting or syndicate betting across multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse, chip dumping, or other advantage play techniques
• Money laundering or using pej51 Services for illegal purposes
• Providing false information or using false identification documents

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

The pej51 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of pej51 or its affiliates. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pej51 Website and Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Website without express written consent.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pej51 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our Services; (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (d) any interruption, delay, or failure in the performance of our Services.

pej51's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

pej51 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions); internet service provider failures; power outages; hardware or software failures; unauthorized access to our systems by hackers or other malicious actors; or errors in third-party game providers' software.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pej51 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pej51 Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and pej51.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English (or Bahasa Indonesia if both parties agree) and shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, pej51 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered Withdrawal method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

11.2 Termination by pej51

pej51 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide required verification documents; extended period of inactivity; risk management concerns; or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be withheld if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, pending investigation and resolution. pej51 is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from account suspension or termination.
